MEGAN GALE  :  REAL ESTATE AGENT

Meg is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and also a registered Valuer with thirty plus years’ experience, most of which has been spent in Tasmania. She commenced her career in sales and property management, became an experienced and well-respected Valuer, before coming full circle into her senior role at St Andrews Estate Agents.

Meg is highly regarded for her attention to detail, excellent eye for design and presentation and practical judgement.

For nearly eighteen years she worked at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in Sydney and Hobart as a registered Valuer, several of which were as head of the Tasmanian valuation department for the CBA. Over this time Meg valued a comprehensive range of property types: residential, commercial, hospitality and rural.

Over this period and in tandem to the above career, she continually involved herself with a range of development and investment projects, gaining unrivalled experience in site selection, design, feasibility analysis, reading market cycles and dealing with consultants and trades.
